Q: What does "Hand-Crafted" mean?
Hand-crafted means that it isn't manufactured by machine. For example, our hand-carved
entrance door is made of one solid piece of wood and carved to appear woven. The time and
expense for this fine craftsmanship would likely be cost prohibitive if done in the U.S.

Yes, most definitely. Our architectural staff will create a completely custom design to
your specifications.
Q: What if I'm already working with my own architect?
Not a problem. We work with architects in a variety of ways. Sometimes architects come
to us and ask that we work in collaboration with them. Others, may ask us to design the
roof structure using of our hardwood materials in order to achieve the Balinese look that
we've become known for.

- Details such as arched railings, beveled-edge posts, quality 8mm tempered low E-glass, wide floor boards, hand-carved joinery and architectural stone are all a part of our supply package.
Q: What is the timing from placing my order to receiving my materials?
Once your design is completed, it takes approximately six months (for the average
3,000 sq ft home) from the time you place your order to when you receive your materials
at your destination port. This allows for kiln drying and shipping. Time for designs
depend on whether you choose to do an existing design or a custom design, as well as how
long it takes to make decisions.
