Owner’s Representation
Designing and constructing a custom project is an exciting and rewarding experience. It can, however, also feel overwhelming to the owner at times, especially for those who live off island. Bali Built Design Group provides Owner’s Representation to protect the owner’s interests and oversee the entire project, from design to completed construction, including interior finishes and landscaping.
Bali Built Design Group works with general contractors who have experience working with Bali Built’s designs and building materials and who uphold the same philosophy of maximizing efficiencies in the building process.
Services and benefits of Owner’s Representation include:
- Identifying, selecting and negotiating contracts with the Project’s Team
- Executing effective planning and cost estimating for the Project
- Conducting weekly site visits to monitor contractor’s schedule, answer questions, and avoid work related issues.
- Preparing and distributing written reports and photos of Project’s progress
- Providing accounting services and processing payments for approved completions
- Approving change orders, submittals, and requests for information.
- Confirming final completion of the project.
