A complimentary Bali Built Design Evaluation starts the process in us helping to understand your design needs. Based on this evaluation and your desires, our designers will be able to determine what size and shape will best serve you, as well as what suits your lifestyle, personal taste and budget. Together, we will assess whether a custom home is the direction for you or if one of our existing designs appeals to you better. Once engaged, we will visit your property site and start working on creating your custom designs. If an existing design is preferred, we will narrow down the choices from our extensive Luxury Library, which range from 500 sq ft tropical bungalows to 6,000 sq ft luxury estates. We can modify existing plans, if desired, and will adapt to suit your property site. Either way, our LEED Accredited architectural design experts specialize in making each home a reflection of your personality and lifestyle.
In addition to offering our Bali Built custom and existing designs, we can work directly with other architects.
We can recommend Construction Companies and General Contractors that have years of experience working with Bali Built’s designs and building materials. These companies maintain the same philosophies of maximizing efficiencies in the building process, however the choice of builder is your decision.
