Quality & Sustainability
We are an eco-friendly company and subscribe to eco-friendly manufacturing and building practices. Our LEED Accredited architectural design professionals use the latest technology to provide you and your Contractor/Builder with all of the construction drawings required for building permits.

Our architectural designs follow IBC code standards so that they are built to withstand high winds, which is ideal for areas that are prone to hurricanes and cyclones. We use the highest grade of Bangkirai, Merbau, and Coconut. All hardwoods used are either farmed, reclaimed, or legally harvested from government regulated sources. These extremely dense hardwoods are inherently termite resistant, and as a result, are not chemically treated, making them toxic-free (unlike other woods typically used in construction). In addition, the strength and density of these wood species will outlast softer woods which typically rot over time, especially in tropical climates. For example, Merbau is several times stronger than Doug Fir. Therefore these tropical hardwoods will last generations without needing to be replaced. This makes them an appealing choice for sustainability. Longevity is "Green".
We can also recommend environmental home consultants who offer a variety of options to
make your home more sustainable. The list of available products includes solar hot water
heaters, photovoltaic panels, solar-powered roof fans, rain water collection cisterns,
gray water systems, anaerobic septic systems, energy efficient lighting, energy star
appliances, and home automation systems, all to lower energy bills and help protect the
environment.
